Burdock and Co. In the Country

This will be the finest celebration of food, farmers, and chefs. Award winning Chef Andrea Carlson of Burdock and Co. will be creating a plant based dinner featuring produce from Glorious Organics, and will be supported by local companies that feature prominently in our plant based community.

We will gather to enjoy a reception featuring the improvisational sounds of internationally acclaimed contrabass and cello musicians, Torsten Müller and Peggy Lee. Next you will be guided through the fields of Fraser Common Farm to learn about their 40 year agricultural history. This will be followed by a sensational dinner prepared by Chef Carlson, in a stunning and unforgettable setting.
