Community

We value the friends, supporters and partnerships that help us grow. Here’s a partial list of folks who we work with, check ‘em out and learn more:

Fraser Common Farm Co-op is the land, the physical space, to which we are connected. Fraser Common Farm Coop leases us the land we grow on and as a housing cooperative, it is also where many of the Glorious farmers live, along with several others who are not directly connected to the farm operations.

FarmFolk CityFolk is a not for profit society working to cultivate a local, sustainable food system. Their projects provide access to and protection of farmland; support local growers and producers; and engage communities in the celebration of local food.

Food Stash Foundation has a twofold mission: to prevent good food from going to waste and provide dignified food access to promote a thriving planet and a healthy community. They deliver fresh food to 35 community partners across Vancouver, helping to feed more than 10,000 individuals each week. We are proud to be a donation partner, providing fresh salad and veggies as part of our CSA program.

Langley Environmental Protection Society (LEPS) is a non-profit, partnership-driven organization founded in 1993 to achieve the mission of “protecting and restoring the natural environment through education, cooperation and action”.

BC Eco Seed Co-op  is a producers cooperative of 20 farmers providing BC grown, certified organic and ecological seeds grown on our farms across British Columbia. Check out the seeds we grow and sell on the farm here.

The Open Source Seed Initiative (OSSI) is dedicated to maintaining fair and open access to plant genetic resources worldwide in order to ensure the availability of germplasm to farmers, gardeners, breeders, and communities of this and future generations.
